Google buys AdMob for 750 million U.S. dollars

Google announced the acquisition of AdMob. Google will pay $ 750 million for the startup (about € 500 million). Google hopes that admob is a better tool to develop mobile advertising.
AdMob has served more than 125 billion mobile ads (according to the counter on its homepage) across a variety of platforms including iPhone and Android.
